The Tax & Duties Group provides advice and representation to individuals, corporations and government departments. Whatever your tax problem we aim to find you a robust and elegant solution.

Members of the Group undertake both contentious and non-contentious tax work; advising on ways in which to efficiently manage your tax affairs and providing advice and representation in tax litigation at all levels, from the First Tier Tribunal to the Supreme Court.

At 9SJS we combine specialist tax knowledge with additional experience in other complementary areas; for example, financial services, directors duties, administration of estates, trusts and company law. This enables us to find you the most appropriate solution to your tax problem.
